Patrick Peters is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in regulatory and corporate law. Currently serving as Vice President of AGC - Regulatory Legal at CenterPoint Energy since April 2015, Patrick previously held the role of Associate General Counsel at the same company. Prior experience includes working as Corporate Counsel at ERCOT from June 2013 to April 2015, and as a Legal Advisor to Chairman Donna L. Nelson and Staff Attorney at the Public Utility Commission of Texas from June 2008 to May 2013. Patrick began their career as an Associate at Baker Botts LLP from September 2004 to June 2008. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Plan II from The University of Texas at Austin.
