Lisa Lopez is a Senior Learning Technology Specialist at CenterPoint Energy since July 2015, where responsibilities include designing and developing training content and creating computer-based training modules using Articulate Storyline or Rise. Prior to this, Lisa served as a Senior HR System Administrator at American National Insurance, managing the SuccessFactors system and coordinating multiple module implementations. Experience also includes a role as Coordinator of Performance Management at San Jacinto College, where Lisa successfully completed an RFP for a talent management system and implemented SuccessFactors, impacting over 1200 employees. Lisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Houston and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from San Jacinto College.
