John Price is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in ethics, compliance, and data privacy. Currently serving as Vice President of Ethics & Compliance and Associate General Counsel at CenterPoint Energy since 2016, John has played a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic plans for the company's ethics and compliance programs. Prior to this, John held various positions at CEVA Logistics, including Global Compliance Director and Global Litigation & Compliance Counsel, managing compliance and litigation strategies across multiple regions. Earlier career experiences include roles as Senior Attorney and Law Clerk at CEVA, as well as technical positions at Avaya and Lucent Technologies. John holds a Doctor of Law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from the University of North Florida.
