Lorraine Lahori MSW, LSW is a dedicated mental health professional currently serving as a Staff Clinician at the Center on Halsted since May 2022. Prior experience includes roles as an Intern Therapist at Rush University Medical Center from August 2021 to May 2022, and as a Wellness Consultant at Diverse and Resilient Inc. in the summer of 2021. Lorraine also contributed to the Center on Halsted as a Youth Program Intern from August 2020 to May 2021, and worked with Diverse and Resilient Inc. in various capacities including Youth Programs Intern and Community Health Promoter from February 2018 to August 2020. In addition to these roles, Lorraine gained experience as a Wellness Peer Educator at Marquette University from August 2017 to May 2020, and as a Sodexo Shift Lead Barista at Stone Creek Coffee Roasters from March 2017 to August 2019. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois Chicago, obtained between 2020 and 2022, and a Bachelor of Arts in Ethnic, Cultural Minority, Gender, and Group Studies from Marquette University, completed in May 2020.
