Zoe Neuberger is a seasoned policy analyst with extensive experience in budget and policy issues. Currently serving as a Senior Policy Analyst at the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities since May 2001, Zoe has previously held positions as a Program Analyst at the Office of Management and Budget from August 1999 to May 2001 and as a Program Examiner at the Office of the Mayor of New York City from 1990 to 1993. Zoe's educational background includes a Juris Doctor from Yale Law School, a Master in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Yale University, complemented by an early education at Hunter College High School.
