Commonly known for identifying and implementing best practices, CWI has administered more than 40 public and private ventures intended to improve the quality of the workforce, enhance the business climate, and ensure the realization of a higher quality of life. 

The Strategic Solutions Department of CWI provides consulting and project management services for customers nationally and in Northwest Indiana. 

The Strategic Solutions department work focuses on connecting private sector leaders with policy makers from government, education, economic development, labor, and community-based organizations to develop strategic action plans that are grounded in both quantitative and qualitative data.
