Shilah Jerkins serves as the Vice President of Philanthropy at the Center of Family Love since April 2024 and holds an adjunct professor position at the University of Oklahoma since August 2023. Previously, Jerkins managed the Outside Sales Department at Pioneer from November 2014 to December 2024, overseeing business broadband, hosted VoIP sales, and specializing in E-Rate and RHC. Jerkins also worked as a Wireless Office Administrator leading a cellular sales team and managing multiple lines of business. Prior roles include Marketing-Players Club Promotions Manager and Marketing Manager at Muscogee Creek Nation Casino, where responsibilities included overseeing marketing, public relations, advertising, events, and budget management. Jerkins has also taught a Customer Service Marketing class at Oklahoma State University. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from the University of Central Oklahoma.
