Priscilla Rojas serves as the Sr. Deputy Director of Human Resources at the Center for Urban Community Services (CUCS) since July 2018, managing a team of HR professionals and implementing a comprehensive human capital planning structure. Previously, Priscilla held the position of Assistant Director of Human Resources at CUCS and Director of Peoples Operations at Montefiore Health System, focusing on HR practices, compliance, and employee development. Early career roles included Human Resources Generalist and Administrative Assistant at various organizations, notably CUCS and Essential Associates, where Priscilla developed extensive HR and administrative skills. Priscilla Rojas holds a B.S. in Accounting and a Minor in Labor & Employment Relations from Penn State University.
