Shannon Russell is a Lead Managing Associate at the Center for Transportation and the Environment. Previously, Shannon held positions such as Employment Services AmeriCorps Member at New American Pathways, Native Agriculture Outreach Specialist at AmeriCorps VISTA, and Preserve Intern at Shaker Village of Pleasant Hill. With a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from Centre College, Shannon has experience in organizing workshops, assisting refugees with employment services, addressing food insecurity in Indigenous communities, and conserving natural habitats.
