Samantha W. is an experienced Occupational Therapist with a diverse background in various healthcare settings. Currently serving at CenterWell Home Health since July 2024 and Southern Regional Medical Center since August 2021, Samantha has also worked at the Center for the Visually Impaired and Select Medical, focusing on outpatient hand therapy and functional capacity evaluations. With previous positions at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, SunCrest Healthcare, Wellstar Health System, and Amedisys, Samantha has developed a comprehensive skill set in occupational therapy.
