Dr. Ross Babbage is a prominent figure in strategic analysis and international relations, serving as a Non-Resident Senior Fellow at the Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments since August 2016 and as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Strategic Forum Ltd since January 2016. With a career spanning decades, Dr. Babbage has held significant positions including Managing Director at Strategy International since 2002, a Member at Accenture Australia from September 2013 to December 2019, and Founder and former Chairman of The Kokoda Foundation. Dr. Babbage's academic contributions include a role as Professor at the Strategic and Defence Studies Centre at the Australian National University from 2002 to 2004 and previous positions at the Australian Department of Defence. Dr. Babbage holds a PhD in International Relations and Strategic Studies from the Australian National University and a Master’s degree in Economics and Security Studies from the University of Sydney.
