Joaquin De Rojas serves as the Assistant Medical Director, Ophthalmic Surgeon, and Director of Refractive Surgery at Center For Sight since September 2019. In addition, Joaquin holds consultant roles at ZEISS Medical Technology, Johnson & Johnson Vision, and Oculus Biologics, and is the Head of Workflow Integration at Advanced Euclidean Solutions. An Advisory Board Member for Lions Eye Institute for Transplant & Research, Inc. since July 2021, Joaquin also serves as a consultant for Sun Pharmaceuticals. Educational credentials include a Fellowship in Cornea and External Diseases from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, a Residency in Ophthalmology from Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons, and an MD from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Neuroscience from Boston College.
