Rachel DiResto is the Vice President at Emergent Method since April 2018. Prior to this role, Rachel served as the Executive Vice President at the Center for Planning Excellence since 1999. Rachel holds a Master of Science degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of New Orleans and The University of Dallas.
