Camille Manning-Broome is a seasoned leader in urban and regional planning with extensive experience in nonprofit and government sectors. Currently, Camille serves as President & CEO of the Center for Planning Excellence (CPEX) since May 2007, where administrative and operational leadership is provided to develop comprehensive plans and policy guidance for Louisiana's growth. Previously, Camille worked as Senior Vice President at The Shaw Group, overseeing the establishment of a planning department, and as Deputy Director of Operations at FEMA, managing recovery planning for Gulf Coast communities post-Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. Camille holds a Master of Science in Environmental Planning & Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History, both from Louisiana State University.
