Aaron Pennington has extensive experience in data analysis and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Data Analyst at The Center for Organizational Excellence, Inc. since May 2015, Aaron has a strong background in providing standardized reporting and facilitating communication among analysts and engineers. In addition to this role, Aaron has been an Operational K9 handler and Board Member for the Virginia Search & Rescue Dog Association since November 2009, coordinating complex search strategies in collaboration with law enforcement. Previous positions include Senior Data Analyst at comScore, Inc., Cost Analyst and Professional Services Consultant at TEOCO, and Cost Analyst at Deutsche Post Global Mail, where significant process improvements and cost savings were achieved. Aaron holds a BA in Economics from The University of New Mexico.
