Dr. Gayathri R is an accomplished academic with extensive experience in higher education, currently serving as an Assistant Professor at CMS Business School since December 2020. Prior roles include Assistant Professor at Dayananda Sagar University and National School of Business, along with several visiting positions at Jain (Deemed-to-be University) and Dayananda Sagar Business School. Dr. Gayathri has a solid background in human resources, having worked at Axio-net and Infosys in recruitment and training. Educational credentials include a PhD in Business Administration and Management from Dayananda Sagar University, a certification in HR Analytics from the India Institute of Management-Rohtak, a PGDM in Information Systems and Human Resource from the Institute of Management Technology, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from City Engineering College.
