Jennifer Meltzer Russell currently serves as a Young Adult Program Case Manager at the Center for Life Management, a position held since June 2022. Previously, Jennifer worked as a Therapeutic Training and Support and Community Support Provider at Arbour Counseling Services from June 2021 to June 2022, and as a Medical Secretary at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center from April 2020 to June 2021. Jennifer's experience also includes roles as a Senior Administrative Assistant at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Cancer Center Secretary at Lowell General Hospital, where responsibilities involved collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care. Earlier, Jennifer was a Scheduling Coordinator for Alliance Healthcare Services, managing patient schedules and insurance verifications. Currently, Jennifer is pursuing a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at New England College, following a BA in Psychology with a Minor in East Asian Studies from Northeastern University.
