あづさ 網 is a seasoned expert in leadership, entrepreneurship, and organizational behavior with extensive experience in both academia and practical applications. As a Managing Partner at the リーダーシップ研究アカデミー since January 2017, あづさ leads initiatives aimed at enhancing leadership studies. Additionally, あづさ serves as 代表 at CLS Japan, a role maintained since April 1981. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Organizational Behavior from Keio University (1998-2001), an MBA in the same fields from Keio University (1991-1993), a BA in Humanities from International Christian University (1981-1985), and a period of study at Guilford College (1983-1984).
