Maria Almonte Weston currently serves as the Deputy Director of Regional Programs at the Center for Justice Innovation, a position held since December 2021. Prior to this role, Maria worked for 16 years at the Center for Justice Innovation/Bronx Community Solutions as Project Director, where significant contributions were made to community-focused initiatives. Earlier in Maria's career, from February 1998 to October 2005, experience was gained as a Youth Social Worker and Resource Coordinator at Midtown Community Court, focusing on youth engagement and resource accessibility.
