Torshira Moffett is a seasoned public health professional currently serving as a Senior Program Officer at the Center for Health Care Strategies, focusing on health system frameworks, state-level planning, and publications related to CalAIM. Prior to this role, Moffett took a sabbatical, engaging in creative pursuits and consulting projects. With over a decade at NCQA, Moffett held various positions culminating in Director of Product Development, leading initiatives on new product opportunities and accreditation programs, and launching significant programs such as NCQA's LTSS. Moffett's earlier experience includes a Health Policy Internship at the National Governors Association and a role as a Diabetes Program Developer with AmeriCorps*VISTA.
