Selynette Mojica M.Ed. has extensive experience in curriculum development and instructional management within workforce development, currently serving as the Manager of Curriculum and Instruction at The Centers for Families and Children since August 2012. In this role, Selynette conducts thorough analyses of curricula for industry relevance and collaborates with the El Barrio Director to create new training programs based on industry demand. Previous roles include serving as a Bilingual Customer Service Career Consultant, where responsibilities included training staff, developing programming standards, and providing career planning assistance. Selynette's earlier career included positions at ALDI Stores and Cleveland State University, enhancing customer service skills and delivering academic support to students, respectively. Selynette holds a Master of Education in Adult and Continuing Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education from Cleveland State University.
