Francis Harris is a seasoned Managing Editor currently working at the Center for European Policy Analysis, with previous experience as an Editorial Consultant in the private and public sectors. Prior to their current role, Francis held positions at Bloomberg LP as the Middle East Government and Economics Editor, focusing on Arab Spring uprisings, and as the UK Finance Editor reporting on the financial crisis. With a background in journalism, including roles at The Telegraph as a Washington Correspondent, Deputy Foreign Editor, Assistant Foreign Editor, UN Correspondent, and Prague/Central Europe Correspondent. Francis holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Journalism from Cardiff University and a BA in Modern History from the University of Sussex.
