Shanese M. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and positions. Shanese started their career in 2001 as the Family Resource Director at Milwaukee Habitat for Humanity. From 2003 to 2005, they worked as a Regional Relationship Manager at MGIC. Shanese then transitioned to the role of Organizational Development Consultant at Non-Profit Consulting Group from 2004 to 2007, before joining Housing Resources, Inc. as a Homeownership Specialist from 2007 to 2011. Shanese then became a Program Director at Community Support Services of Wisconsin from 2011 to 2017. Following that, they worked as a Program Director at Community Support Services of Texas from 2013 to 2020. Currently, they are serving as a Licensed Administrator at the Center For Discovery.
