Spencer Fischer currently serves as a Project Coordinator at the Center for Conscientious Leadership since May 2022, previously holding the role of CCL Intern. Spencer is also an MBA Intern at Career Launch from August 2023 to June 2024. Educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Santa Clara University (2022-2024) and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance with a minor in International Business from the same institution (2018-2022). During September to December 2021, Spencer was a Peer Educator at Santa Clara University, providing teaching assistance in an Investments class, while gaining valuable experience as a Risk Advisory Intern at KPMG US in the summer of 2021. Previous roles include a Playbook Design Intern at Aspenify, creating interactive playbooks for various clients, and an early position as a Pizza Maker/Delivery Driver at Steph’s Pizza in 2019. Spencer has demonstrated strong skills in communication, project coordination, and collaborative management in various professional settings.
