Leah Mitchell

Manager Institutional Partnerships (eu Government) at Center for Civilians in Conflict

Leah Mitchell currently serves as the Manager of Institutional Partnerships for EU Government at the Center for Civilians in Conflict, starting in April 2023. Prior to this role, Leah held various positions at Cancer Council NSW, including Development Lead and Development Specialist in Trusts and Foundations from October 2019 to December 2022, and Trusts and Foundations Coordinator from May 2017 to November 2018. Leah's experience also includes working as an Assistant Advisor in the Cabinet at the Department of Premier and Cabinet (NSW) for nearly a year and serving in multiple roles, including Executive Assistant/Researcher in the Australian Parliament and Corporate Training Branch Administrator at the Department of Defence. Leah began professional development as a Staff Cadet in the Australian Army. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Public Policy from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from The Australian National University.
