Tamika Quillard is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in communication design, project management, and content creation. Currently serving as a Communication designer at the Center for Caregiver Advancement since October 2022, Tamika develops culturally and linguistically inclusive materials aimed at enhancing caregiver training in California. As the Creative Strategy & Design Lead at Tamika Q Design and Illustration since March 2010, Tamika advocates for systems change through impactful and cohesive messaging. Previous roles include Communications Associate at Youth Advocate Programs, Inc., where Tamika developed multimedia content focusing on authentic storytelling for system-involved individuals, and a consultant at HarperCollins Publishers with notable awards. Tamika holds a Certificate in User Experience from UCLA Extension and has pursued studies in Design and Illustration at multiple esteemed institutions.
