Tameka Rodgers has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. From 2000 to 2003, they were the Director of Admissions, Quality Management, and Medical Records Departments at Warren E. Smith Health Centers. In this role, they were responsible for directing the Admissions, Quality Management, and Medical Records Departments, overseeing the agency's initial and continuum of patient clinical services with contracting managed care organizations, Hospital Crisis Response Centers, and community schools. Tameka was also responsible for quantitative reporting of financial productivity and budgeting, as well as Medicaid and Medicare policy and procedural development.
From 2003 to 2007, Rodgers worked at Hospital Albert Einstein as Nursing Administration, where they were responsible for facilitating the identification and implementation of problem solving measures during non-traditional hours of business for both the Medical Center and Moss Rehabilitation campuses.
From 2007 to 2009, Rodgers was the Division Director of Quality Improvement at Child Guidance Resource Centers. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing, advising, and promoting organizational performance improvement measures and processes specific to patient safety and risk management, access to care, high risk analyses, systems analyses, regulatory organizational performance, and service utilization compliance activities.
Finally, from 2009 to the present, Rodgers has been the Director of Corporate Compliance and Administrative Operations at The Center for Autism. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the agency's Compliance, Training, Admissions, Administrative Support and Facilities departments. Tameka is also responsible for creating the organization's Compliance Department, creating, institutionalizing, and sustaining the organization's Corporate Compliance Plan, and promoting and providing leadership for CARF accreditation.
Tameka Rodgers began their educational journey at Seton Hill University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology in 1995. Tameka then went on to pursue a MS in Health Administration at Saint Joseph's University, which they completed in 2000.
