Jennifer Suma has over 18 years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Centennial College since December 2011, Jennifer has also held roles as a Human Resources Consultant and Talent Acquisition Consultant within the same organization. Prior experience includes working as a Resourcing Consultant at CIBC from 2005 to December 2011 and as a Recruiter at The People Bank from 2004 to 2005. Jennifer holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources from Seneca Polytechnic (2003-2005) and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto - New College (1999-2003).
