Greg Starkey has extensive experience in the mining and engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Fitter at Centennial Coal since May 2021, Greg also holds the position of U/G Miner in Secondary Support at JR Mining Services since February 2018. Prior roles include Workshop Fitter at Voith GmbH from January 2015 to January 2018 and Leading Seaman in the Royal Australian Navy from August 2008 to December 2014, contributing to Australia's Mine Warfare Fleet. Earlier in Greg's career, the role of Environment, Quality, Health & Safety Coordinator was undertaken at Muru Mittigar Ltd from March 2003 to August 2008. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Management from Australian Catholic University and a Certificate III in Mechanical Engineering (fluid power) from TAFE NSW.
