Nisha Kassam currently holds the position of Vice President of Transformational Change Management & Communications at Centene Corporation, starting in January 2024. Nisha is also a member of Chief, a network dedicated to empowering women leaders since March 2022. Prior to these roles, Nisha served as Executive Vice President at Edelman from October 2019 to August 2023, leading initiatives in employee experience and change communications. Previously, Nisha was a Senior Vice President managing the Southwest Employee Experience practice at Edelman, and an Organizational Change Management and Performance Consultant at EY from May 2013 to September 2019, where Nisha led transformational change across various industries. Nisha's earlier experience includes managerial and consulting roles at The North Highland Company and Huron Consulting Group. Nisha holds an MBA in Strategic Management and International Business and a BBA in International Business, Business Economics, and Public Policy from The George Washington University School of Business.
