Lakshmi Sowjanya is a seasoned data engineering professional with extensive experience in cloud data solutions. Currently serving as a Sr. AWS Data Engineer at Centene Corporation since October 2022, Lakshmi is responsible for migrating data to AWS and developing scripts for data transfer. Prior roles include Cloud Big Data Engineer at Staples, where ETL solutions in Spark SQL were developed, and Data Engineer at Micron Technology, focusing on Oracle database migrations to Azure SQL. Earlier experience includes roles at Caterpillar Inc., where a Big Data analytics platform was designed, and as a Python Developer at IBM, creating web applications and managing AWS deployments. Lakshmi holds a degree from the University College of Engineering Narasaraopet - JNTUK, completed in April 2014.
