John Kitson has over 30 years of experience in human resources. John has held various leadership positions, including Senior Director of Human Resources at Centene Corporation, Director of Human Resources at DRURY HOTELS COMPANY, LLC, and SVP - Chief Human Resources Officer at FIRST BANKS, INC. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and benefits. John has also developed HR strategies to positively impact employee relations and organizational productivity.

John Kitson attended the University of Missouri-Saint Louis from 1978 to 1982 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies.
