Joel Davis has a diverse work experience in various companies. Joel started their career at Pfizer in 2005 as a Captain and worked there until 2008. Joel then joined McDonald's Corporation as a Captain and Safety Manager from 2008 to 2011. Joel then moved to Peabody Energy where they served as the Chief Pilot from 2011 to 2016. Currently, they are working as the VP Flight Operations at Centene Corporation since 2016.

Joel Davis completed their education from 1992 to 1997 at Western Michigan University, where they pursued a degree in Aviation Sciences. Their field of study was focused on Aviation.
