Bob Trubish, FCCA, currently serves as the Treasurer of the HR Managers Sacco since May 2019, overseeing financial performance and controls for an organization with over 100 members and savings exceeding UGX 500M. Simultaneously, since January 2014, Bob has held the position of Chief Manager HR Business Partnering at Centenary Bank, where responsibilities include managing the HR strategic agenda for a workforce of over 3000 employees. Previously, Bob was the Treasurer and Director of Finance for the HR Managers Association of Uganda from May 2016 to May 2022 and worked as an HR Relationship Manager at Standard Chartered Bank from September 2010 to December 2013, supporting various HR functions to enhance business performance. Earlier roles included HR Business Support Manager at Shell Oil Company and Experienced Associate Advisor at PwC, focusing on recruitment and organizational assessments. Bob holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences from Makerere University and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) obtained through Management & Accountancy Training Company.
