Brian Parker has extensive work experience in IT and technology-related roles. Brian started their career as a Communications SGT in the Army National Guard, where they were responsible for maintaining and inventorying communication equipment. Brian then worked as a Coord-Tech Support I and Rep-Retail Customer Support at Verizon Wireless, providing technical support and exceptional customer service for voice and data products.

Brian then transitioned to a role with Innovative Network Solutions as a Client Service Technician, where they installed and maintained Windows servers, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange Server. Brian also troubleshooted software issues and performed general maintenance on equipment.

Following this, Brian held positions as a System Administrator at Advanced Pace Technologies, LLC and Artemis Lifestyles, where they installed, maintained, and upgraded Windows servers, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange Server.

Brian also served as a Senior QA Tester at Insight Global (KPMG) and as an IT Support Specialist at the City of Eustis, Florida, where they troubleshooted and repaired computer systems, set up and updated servers, and installed security patches.

Most recently, Brian worked at Centauri Health Solutions, Inc as an IT Security Compliance Specialist and a Network/Server Analyst. In these roles, they focused on ensuring IT security compliance and analyzing network and server systems.

Throughout their career, Brian has demonstrated strong technical skills, including installation and maintenance of servers and software, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Brian Parker has a diverse education history in the field of information technology and ethical hacking. Brian completed a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix in 2012. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Networking from the same university in 2009.

In 2017, Brian attended the University of Central Florida, where they obtained a certificate in CCNA Bootcamp, indicating a focus on Cisco Certified Network Associate training. Additionally, they completed two certifications related to fiber optic technology from The Fiber Optic Association, Inc. (FOA) in 2017, including the Certified Fiber Optic Specialist/Testing (CFOS/T) and Certified Fiber Optic Technician (CFOT) certifications.

Furthering their expertise in ethical hacking, Brian pursued additional education in this field. Brian completed the EC-Council Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) v10.0 program at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers in 2020. Additionally, they pursued a degree in Ethical Hacking from the University of Central Florida in the same year.

Brian has also obtained various certifications beyond their formal education. Notably, they earned several certifications from Kaseya, including BMS Certified Administrator, Compliance Manager Certified Administrator, Kaseya Certified Administrator, Kaseya Certified Technician, and BullPhish ID Certified Administrator, all in November 2021. Brian also achieved certifications in Sumo Logic Cloud SIEM Administration, Sumo Logic Cloud Security Monitor and Analytics, and LogicMonitor Certified Associate in 2023, 2023, and 2021, respectively.

Furthermore, Brian demonstrated their continuous commitment to learning and professional development through certifications such as CISA Cert Prep: The Basics from LinkedIn in 2020, Ethical Hacking: System Hacking from LinkedIn in 2019, A+ from CompTIA in 2007, and NSE 2 Network Security Associate and NSE Level 1 from Fortinet in 2020.
