Martha Bako, CPCU, has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Centauri Insurance since September 2015, following roles as a Senior Product Manager and Product Manager. Prior to Centauri Insurance, Martha held various positions at Universal North America from April 2008 to September 2015, including Product Manager, Assistant Product Manager, and Product Analyst. Martha's career began at the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation as an Actuarial Analyst from August 2003 to April 2008, where responsibilities included reviewing homeowners' rate and rule filings and providing recommendations to senior executives. Martha holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science from Florida State University, an Associate's degree, and a 2023 CPCU Society In2Leadership Certificate from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
