Karen Cuzquen is an experienced professional with a diverse background in provider management and enrollment. Since May 2009, Karen has served as the Owner of Earthly Services, while also working as a Provider Data Management specialist at Cenpatico since March 2017. Prior to this, Karen held the position of Application Coordinator at eMDs for a brief period in 2019 and worked as a Provider Enrollment Specialist at Accenture from June 2007 to September 2016. Karen holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree from Kaplan College.
