Candace Lavender, MA, is an experienced behavioral health professional specializing in the coordination of services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Currently serving as a Behavioral Care Coordinator at Cenpatico since May 2014, Candace has a diverse background that includes roles as Executive Director at Progressive Life of Bexar County, where comprehensive management of HCS and ICF programs was conducted, and Case Manager at Community Options, Inc., providing case management to individuals with developmental disabilities.
