Timothy Quinn has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Timothy started their career in 1997 as a Client Services Supervisor at The Vanguard Group, where they supervised a team of 15 associates and handled various financial call center tasks. In 2002, they joined Daston Corporation as a Project Manager, managing EPA litigation support projects and creating a database for tracking project progression. From 2003 to 2004, they worked as a Supervisor at Fairbanks Capital, leading a team in the bankruptcy department and developing customer service initiatives. Timothy then moved to Wachovia as a Site Director, overseeing operations and servicing mortgage products for 13 states. In 2008, they joined GMAC ResCap as a Default Manager before transitioning to Cenlar FSB in 2010. At Cenlar FSB, they held various roles, including Project Manager/Business Analyst, Operations Manager, Contact Center Technology Director, and currently serves as the Vice President of Borrower Communications and Contact Center Technology.
Timothy Quinn obtained a BA degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania, from 1989 to 1993.
