Ginny Pruitt, Ph.D., currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Operations & Research at Cenith Innovations since June 2019. Simultaneously, Ginny holds the position of Adjunct Biology Professor at Northern Virginia Community College since January 2018. Prior experience includes working as a Research Program Specialist at the California Department of Social Services, focusing on improving aid program participation for residents in poverty from December 2014 to July 2016. Ginny conducted original research as part of a Ph.D. program at the University of Arizona from August 2008 to May 2014, and served as an editor for the NSF Graduate Research Fellowship Program. Earlier roles include teaching various science subjects at Calli Ollin Academy and working as a Research Technician at the University of Arizona. Ginny earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Arizona.
