Kaci Wright has been working in Human Resources for over five years. Kaci started as an HR Generalist at Cengage, where they were responsible for payroll data entry, benefits administration, and coordinating company events. Kaci then became an Associate HR Business Partner, working with the Senior HR Manager to develop HR strategy. In their current position as Human Resources Business Partner, they are responsible for updating HR metrics and assisting with the annual bonus and merit award process.
They are on a team with Mike Cassani - VP, HR, Molly O’Shea - Senior Talent Acquistion Partner, and Amy Grothaus Turner, SPHR - Sr. Director, Human Resources Operations. Kaci Wright reports to Jeri Herman, Senior Vice President of Human Resources.
