David Brissenden is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in energy efficiency project management and grant funding. Currently serving as Deputy Director of Consulting at Cenergist Ltd. since June 2013, David is responsible for managing all grant funding for energy efficiency projects, leading policy and long-term strategy, and engaging with industry groups and political stakeholders. Previously, David held positions including Head of Energy Company Obligation (ECO) Delivery, overseeing the delivery of ECO-eligible projects and ensuring regulatory compliance, and Project Manager, focusing on the development of energy efficiency projects. David's expertise spans various technologies such as District Heating, Insulation, and Solar PV, alongside significant experience in securing multiple sources of funding. Prior to Cenergist Ltd., David worked as a Programme Compliance Executive at Isis Solar Ltd., leading due diligence for solar PV investment opportunities. David holds a BSc in Physical Geography from the University of Reading.
