Hema Jyothsna is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client services and team leadership within the hospitality and travel sectors. Currently serving as Client Service Team Lead at Cendyn since March 2022, Hema previously held similar positions at Pegasus and Travel Tripper, where responsibilities included leading teams and supporting client needs.
