Dustin Bateman has a vast work experience starting from 1994, when they worked as a Sales Manager/Sales Representative for Momentum Medical. In 1998, they joined Interwest Home Medical as a Sales Representative. In 1999, they moved to Cencora and started as an Account Specialist for Health Systems, eventually working their way up to the position of Vice President in various roles such as Long Term Care Field Sales, Regional Health Systems, and Health Systems Field Sales. Dustin held these positions until November 2021.

Dustin Bateman holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business from Westminster University. Dustin also obtained an Executive Certificate in Leadership and Management from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business. In addition, they have certifications in Certified Strategic Account Manager (CSAM) from the Strategic Account Management Association (SAMA) and Leadership Development Program from Penn State University.
