Pete LoCastro has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as the Central Valley Area Operations Manager at Cemex since 2017. Previously, Pete held various roles at Cemex from April 1997 to February 2005, including Aggregate Assistant Plant Manager and Assistant Plant Manager. Additionally, Pete served in the U.S. Navy from 1985 to 1991, focusing on operations during that tenure.
