Previous roles at CEMEX include Managing Director of CEMEX UK, Vice President of Planning & Administration, and Director of various business units, showcasing expertise in managing large-scale operations with significant financial responsibility. Prior to joining CEMEX, Laurence worked at Ford Motor Company in various engineering roles, highlighting a strong foundation in manufacturing and strategic development. Laurence holds an MEng in Manufacturing Engineering & Management from the University of Warwick.
