Jack Franklin worked as a Marketing Manager for CEM Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from 2012. Prior to that, they were a Sr. Business Development Executive - Business Intelligence and Datawarehousing for ZSL Inc from 2011. Jack'srole at ZSL Inc. included leading the charge on developing relationships with System Integrators and agencies in the Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence space, establishing a center of excellence for D/W and BI implementation, and managing ZSL’s social media marketing, Lead Gen and online personalization strategies wrt BI/DW.

Jack Franklin received their Master of Science (MS) in Marketing from Ramapo College of New Jersey in 2004.
