Analcisio Rodino has a diverse background in engineering and education. Analcisio started their career as a Graduate Electronics Engineer at CELUS in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Researcher in Sustainable Energy Systems at Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto starting in 2021. Before their research role, they served as a Docente at Academia de Pescas e Ciências do Mar do Namibe from 2019 with a focus on teaching. Analcisio also worked as a Docente at Universidade Mandume Ya Ndemufayo from 2016 until February 2023.

In addition to their educational roles, Analcisio has practical experience as an Engenheiro elétrico at EDP Distribuição in 2017, where they were responsible for analyzing and executing electrical works. Analcisio was also an Engenheiro de métodos at TotalEnergies in 2016, where they evaluated the electrical systems of ship elevators and monitored upgrades.

Analcisio Rodino completed their Masters in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Universidade da Beira Interior from 2016 to 2018. Currently, they are pursuing a Ph.D. in Sustainable Energy Systems at Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto, expected to be completed in 2025.
