Roni Shakhnovetsky has work experience in various roles and companies. In 2013, they worked at Excellence Nessuah Investment House Ltd as a Checks Payments team leader until 2015, and then as an operation team leader from 2015 to 2017. From 2017 to 2018, they served as the Head of Operations at Migdal Capital Markets. In 2019, they became the Operations Project Manager & Data Analyst at Migdal Capital Markets, a position they held until 2022. Starting in 2022, they joined Celsius as a Financial Data Analyst.

Roni Shakhnovetsky obtained a Master of Science degree in Financial Mathematics from Bar-Ilan University, which was completed between 2019 and 2021. Prior to this, Roni attended Ariel University from 2011 to 2014, where they pursued studies in Economics and Business Management. In this program, Roni specialized in Financial Accounting and taxes.
