Theresa Gröninger's work experience includes roles as the Head of Sales & Marketing at cellumation GmbH, where they were responsible for marketing and sales of the #celluveyor product. Theresa also worked as the Head of Marketing & Communications at cellumation GmbH and as the Head of Corporate Communication and Marketing at Seghorn AG. Additionally, they were involved in members potential development at Wirtschaftsrat der CDU e.V. and served as a Member of the Bremischen Bürgerschaft for CDU-Fraktion Land Bremen. Theresa has previous experience as an intern at Deutsche Bahn in the field of Konzernstrategie / Market Intelligence and as an intern in Personnel Consulting at human lead GmbH. Theresa Gröninger also worked as a Werkstudentin at Glocke Veranstaltungs-GmbH in the field of Musikvermittlung and at Reishunger GmbH.

Theresa Gröninger completed their Bachelor of Arts in Politikwissenschaft at the University of Bremen from 2012 to 2015. During the same period, they also completed another Bachelor of Arts in Musikpädagogik with a focus on Klarinette. In 2010, they obtained a certification as a C3 - Dirigentin im Blasorchester from the Landesmusikakademie Heek. Later, from 2015 to 2019, they pursued their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Komplexes Entscheiden (Professional Public Decision Making) from the University of Bremen.
